The impact and experience of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has been different for everyone, as has how we have reacted, but there's no doubt it's been a really difficult time for us all.

That's why it's so important to do what we can to look after our mental health and wellbeing, now more than ever, and to reach out if you need support, either through counselling, NHS links, support from friends and family, and online self-help resources.

I may still offer face to face counselling If I feel that there is no other alternative method specifically for you, but please note that my primary method of offering session is via Telephone or Zoom/Video Call during this period,  which has proved to be a consistent and reliable method of offering therapy.

Many of my clients have found the online method of therapy to be just as effective as face to face, within the comfort of their own homes and safe space, although I do understand that this will be very much your personal preference and what works best for you.

If you would like to discuss further, then please either text me, email me or book a free consultation.
